Saranghae Means I Love You  - COVID-19 Update


As with many of you, we have been keeping a close watch on the global pandemic known as COVID-19 over the past number of weeks.  At Saranghae, we are executing a plan to help to support our customers, our partners and our employees in this time of uncertainty.


To our customers; I want to reassure you that all Saranghae products are completely safe for use.  All products currently stored in our warehouse facilities (both in Florida and California), have been in stock for over 6 months: well before the onset of COVID-19.  In addition, all of our manufacturing and storage facilities have taken detailed measures to help contain and mitigate any risk.


To help ensure the health and safety of Saranghae employees and partners, we’ve implemented work-from-home and flexible hours for the foreseeable future. These measures will also ensure that we do our part in helping to control the spread of COVID-19.


At this time we do anticipate some delays in receiving goods from our international suppliers. Should you find that you are running low on any of your current products we are happy to assist you in placing a replenishment order as soon as possible. Furthermore, should you find that you require an extension to your upcoming membership order during this time, we are here to accommodate you in any way that we can.  


We are committed to answering all of your questions and concerns quickly and ensuring that our day to day business continues without interruption of service. Our priority remains getting your orders to you without delay. Our customer care team is available via email or telephone and we are happy to assist you in any way that we can.
