If you are not completely satisfied with a Saranghae purchase, please return it for a refund within 45 days of receiving your order.
Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. We monitor returns for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges including those with or without proof of purchase.
If you received an incorrect, defective or damaged product from a Saranghae purchase, please email our team at email@example.com with your order number and we would be happy to assist you further. Please note, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.

After you have reached out to request your refund, you will be issued an RMA number (Return Merchant Authorization) which will be sent to you via email (Print this document). When you return your products for a refund, you must include all qualifying items (including any complimentary gifts that came with your order) as well a document with your RMA number. Orders received back without an RMA will not be issued a refund.

Please note that we are pleased to provide free shipping for all orders however the return shipping fees are the responsibility of the client. We recommend that when returning your items you select a shipping method that provides a tracking number. In the event that your return is lost in transit, your tracking number will be the only proof that the item was sent to us.
We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving your return and will follow with a confirmation email once done. After processing, the refunded amount should be available on your original method of payment within 7-10 business days depending on your bank.
Order Changes / Cancellations
Please email us at email@example.com or call us at 1-855-895-4344 as soon as possible. Orders that have begun processing cannot be cancelled or edited. If you no longer wish to receive your Saranghae order, you are welcome to return your items within 45 days of your purchase date here.
